The Relationship Manager – Forex & CFDs is responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing client relationships within the foreign exchange and CFD trading business. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, driving trading activity, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
Responsibilities
- Generating leads and expanding the client base through proactive prospecting and networking efforts
- Building & maintaining client relationships:
- Developed & nurtured strong client relationships by understanding their individual needs & goals
- Provide personalized services, ensuring client satisfaction & loyalty
- Acted as the primary point of contact, effectively addressing inquiries & concerns
- Assisting with client onboarding:
- Facilitated smooth client onboarding process, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements & documentation verification
- Resolve any account-related issues promptly
- Delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues, & ensuring high client satisfaction levels
- Engaging in continuous learning & professional development to stay updated with industry trends & advancements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Financial Markets
- Deep Understanding of the financial markets
- Preferably English with Arabic and/or Hindi speakers
- 3+ years of sales experience in FOREX and CFD
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid network of existing and potential clients and connections
- Self-driven, self-motivated individual with positive attitude who never stop to learn and expand their knowledge
