1. Duties and Responsibilities
Executive Support to COO
- Act as the primary point of contact between the COO and internal employees/external stakeholders
- Manage COO’s calendar, priorities, meetings, and follow-ups
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review
Operations & Coordination
- Ensure alignment between departments and timely execution of tasks
- Monitor and follow up on project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs
Office & Administration Management
- Manage overall office operations, facilities, and vendor relationships
- Oversee procurement of office supplies, services, and contracts
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and record control
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with financial and operational standards
Communication & Reporting
- Facilitate effective communication across departments
- Prepare weekly/monthly operational reports for the COO
2. Working Days/Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM
- Flexibility in working days/hours based on job requirement
3. Education, Licensure, and Training
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
4. Professional Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Office Management / Operations / Executive Support
- Experience in financial services, investment, or corporate environments preferred
