We are looking for an experienced Dealing Officer to join our trading operations team and support the efficient execution, monitoring and risk management of client trading activity across multiple CFD asset classes. The role involves real-time oversight of trade execution, market exposure, pricing and liquidity, while ensuring platform stability and adherence to internal risk controls and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with MT5 and dealing desk operations, a solid understanding of CFD markets and hedging practices, and the ability to make accurate, time-sensitive decisions in a fast-moving trading environment.
Scope of Work
Trade Execution & Monitoring
- Monitor client trading activity across FX, indices, commodities, metals, equities and crypto CFDs in real time.
- Oversee order execution quality, slippage, requotes and rejected trades.
- Handle manual executions, trade adjustments and corrections when required.
- Respond quickly to price feed issues, spikes, gaps and off-market quotes.
Risk Management & Exposure
- Monitor net exposure and client book positions.
- Flag toxic flow, latency arbitrage, scalping abuse and other trading-pattern anomalies.
- Support hedging decisions with liquidity providers per the firm's risk policy.
- Track margin levels, margin calls and stop-outs, especially around high-impact news and market open/close.
Platform Administration (MT4 / MT5 / other)
- Configure symbols, spreads, swaps, leverage, trading sessions and contract specifications.
- Manage client groups, account settings and platform permissions.
- Maintain bridge/LP connectivity and escalate technical issues.
- Apply corporate actions, dividends and rollover adjustments.
Pricing & Liquidity
- Monitor pricing from liquidity providers and compare feeds for accuracy.
- Adjust markups, spreads and swap rates within approved parameters.
- Liaise with LPs on execution issues, reconciliation and connectivity.
Reporting & Reconciliation
- Prepare daily P&L, exposure and risk reports for management.
- Reconcile trades and positions between platform, bridge and LPs.
- Investigate and resolve client trade disputes and complaints with clear documentation.
Compliance & Controls
- Ensure execution practices align with best-execution and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal audits, regulatory reporting and AML/abuse monitoring.
- Maintain accurate records of all manual interventions and dealing decisions.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience on a dealing desk at a CFD/FX broker or liquidity provider.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of MT5 Manager and Administrator; bridge experience such as oneZero, PrimeXM or Centroid.
- Solid understanding of CFD products, margin, leverage, swaps and hedging models.
- Strong Excel skills; SQL, Python or reporting tools are an advantage.
- Calm under pressure, sharp attention to detail and fast decision-making.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including early mornings and late nights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
