Description
We are seeking to recruit a highly organized and capable Compliance Officer to join TRADERS HUB Team for ensuring adherence to applicable UAE laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. The role plays a key part in monitoring compliance risks, supporting AML/CFT controls, and promoting a strong culture of ethics and regulatory compliance across Traders Hub.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and monitoring of the company’s compliance framework
- Ensure adherence to applicable regulations, guidelines, and internal policies
- Assist with regulatory filings, submissions, and correspondence with authorities
- Monitor regulatory updates and support policy and procedure updates accordingly
- Support AML/CFT controls in line with UAE requirements
- Review client onboarding and KYC documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Assist in monitoring transactions and escalating suspicious activities as required
- Support periodic KYC reviews and risk assessments
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct compliance monitoring and internal checks
- Track and follow up on compliance issues, breaches, and corrective actions
- Support internal and external audits related to compliance
- Support delivery of compliance and AML training to staff
- Assist in maintaining training records and awareness materials
- Prepare compliance reports for management
- Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation
- Support the Compliance Officer / MLRO with ad-hoc regulatory and compliance tasks
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Compliance, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory roles
- Experience within financial services, brokerage, exchange, or regulated institutions preferred
- Knowledge of UAE AML/CFT framework and compliance requirements
